Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Zach has always believed one thing: local looks good on you. After graduating from Texas Tech University and spending more than a decade teaching group fitness in the Houston area, he learned firsthand that community isn’t accidental—it's built. One handshake, one high-five, one connecting thread, one shared moment at a time.

His love of custom apparel stretches back to his college days, where he began designing pieces that blended local pride with a polished, preppy feel. A Brand Named Local is simply the grown-up version of that passion: a brand built to honor the places, people, and moments that make life feel grounded.
